Pro Jones Design + Build (PJDB) makes designing and building a project easy with its one-stop-shop services. PJDB provides architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and even structural construction plans for both residential and commercial projects. We handle all of the permitting process until a permit approved and we are ready for construction, and we manage the construction process until the project is complete. With over 25 years of experience in the AEC (Architectural Engineering and Construction) industry, we will bring any project you desire to life with the least amount of time and frustration.

Design-Build Services

We can provide architectural and engineering design plans, permitting, and construction services for your project. We provide a detailed design services that focuses on the construction means and methods as we design. We are a one-stop shop to getting a project completed from design concept to project completion.

Most projects will require building permits. Owners are required to file for a building permit with their plans and complete all additional forms related to the scope of the project to the city planning and permitting department. It can be a daunting task for those who are not familiar with the process. We provide permitting expediting services.
